luck21 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

To register a luck21 Account, you must:

• Be a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of luck21 or its affiliated entities;
• Not have previously held a luck21 Account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

luck21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by luck21 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual may register only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. luck21 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, phone, or chat.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your luck21 Account and update it regularly;
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered;
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices;
• Notify luck21 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensure that all personal and contact details held on your Account are kept accurate and up to date;
• Not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use your Account.

luck21 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

All deposits on the luck21 Platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luck21 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• You are the lawful owner of the payment method being used — deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited;
• You are not using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• You have read and understood the minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to your chosen payment method, as displayed in the Account cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK may take 1–3 business hours to reflect, subject to interbank clearing times.

luck21 does not charge deposit processing fees on any supported payment method. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction fees independent of luck21. luck21 bears no responsibility for third-party charges applied by payment processors.

Players may request withdrawal of real money funds from their luck21 Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The Player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been satisfied in full;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the Account cashier;
• No active fraud investigation, chargeback dispute, or compliance review is pending on the Account;
• Withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally required for AML compliance purposes.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes of request approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically completed within 1–3 business days. These timeframes reflect luck21's internal processing times and are not guarantees; external bank processing delays are outside luck21's control.

luck21 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Players will be notified of any such requirement and given a reasonable timeframe to respond. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the withdrawal request being held pending resolution.

luck21 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined by the terms of each specific offer;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonus Funds and their associated winnings are forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified validity period;
• Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms;
• luck21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted by a Player.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or artificially manipulate bonus mechanics — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet requirements without genuine play intent — will be treated as bonus abuse. luck21 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in all confirmed cases of bonus abuse.

All games available on the luck21 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual casino games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail in relation to that specific game or market.

By placing any bet or wager on luck21, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All slot games and RNG-based casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator systems, ensuring all outcomes are statistically random and unpredictable;
• Published RTP (Return to Player) rates are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed — the odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted constitute the fixed odds for that wager;
• luck21 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a system error, or on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement;
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned;
• PSL, international cricket, and other sporting event results are determined by the relevant official governing body — luck21 has no influence over sporting outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, luck21 will apply its standard game interruption policy. Where a game session cannot be completed or verified, the bet stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance. luck21's decision in all disputed game outcomes is final, subject to formal complaint procedures outlined in Section 14.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck21 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform including games, betting markets, or account management systems;
• Colluding with other Players in any game — including live dealer tables, poker formats, or any game with a player-versus-player element;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain — any winnings derived from confirmed software errors will be voided;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on privileged non-public information about any sporting event;
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account to circumvent Account limits, restrictions, or self-exclusion measures;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or any other Player's experience.

luck21 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at specified intervals to remind you of time spent on the Platform;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is restricted;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the luck21 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible for the chosen exclusion period.

Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively. luck21 takes a responsible approach to player welfare and may proactively apply account restrictions where our systems identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour.

All content on the luck21 Platform — including but not limited to the luck21 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of luck21 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use the luck21 name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent from luck21;
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of luck21 intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck21 expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in Platform availability caused by events outside luck21's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications network failures, acts of God, government action, or third-party service disruptions;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security;
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content displayed on the Platform, including game provider descriptions or sporting event information.

luck21's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit luck21's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

luck21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure;
• Extended account inactivity, subject to the dormant account policy published on the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, luck21 may withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, remaining real money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their last used verified payment method within 10 business days.

Players may also close their own Account at any time by contacting luck21 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their respective outcomes.

luck21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, luck21 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the luck21 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck21 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and luck21, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with our team.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an informal resolution attempt, you may escalate your complaint through the following formal process:

• Step 1 — Formal Written Complaint: Submit a detailed written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Include your Account username, a description of the issue, relevant dates and transaction references, and your desired resolution. luck21 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a formal written response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Internal Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the initial formal response, you may request escalation to luck21's senior compliance team. A final internal position will be issued within a further 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution body associated with luck21's gaming licence, as identified in the licence documentation made available on the Platform.
